BAC SavRx Advantage Plan
This recession has been difficult for many in our Union. In response to concerns raised by member about the rising cost of prescriptions, the International Union has developed a free discount prescription program exclusively for BAC members called the BAC Sav-Rx Advantage Plan.
The new Plan is designed to help reduce the cost of prescriptions for active members that may not qualify or be eligible for benefits through their Local plan or Medicare, and for retirees who do not qualify for Medicare Part D. This Plan can also be used by members eligible for prescription coverage through a Local plan to purchase prescriptions that their existing plan may not cover, such as smoking cessation medications.
Each member will receive a personalized card that can be used by you and your dependents. Simply present this card at your local pharmacy to begin purchasing prescriptions at a discount, or you can receive additional savings through the Sav-Rx Mail Order Pharmacy.
