The International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers’ Member
Assistance Program (MAP) was designed to provide crisis
intervention, referral, and information services to active
and retired BAC members and their families anywhere in
North America. Through the program, members can contact
a licensed clinical social worker and receive confidential
guidance and advice on issues such as:
› Depression
› Alcohol and Drug Abuse
› Family Conflicts
› Stress
› Financial Pressures/Retirement Concerns
› Domestic/Workplace Violence
› Gambling Addiction
If requested by a member, MAP will also contact the member’s
insurance representatives and locate community resources,
support groups, and treatment options.
MAP is completely confidential. Personnel will not disclose
any information without permission.
Members or their families can reach MAP’s crisis
intervention, referral, and information hotline at 1-888-880-8BAC Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm EST.
