Register For the 2024 Trades Women Build Nations Conference

The 14th National Tradeswomen Build Nations (TWBN) Conference will be held the weekend of September 27-29, at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in New Orleans, LA. The conference will feature plenary sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities geared towards empowering tradeswomen. The International Union is a proud sponsor of TWBN’s mission to support women in our industry, promote the recruitment and retention of women, and to help nurture leadership opportunities for women – on the job and in our unions.
 
The International Union will support all Locals / ADC’s that take advantage of this opportunity to provide their women members the ability to meet with and have dialogue with other women in the trades by reimbursing the Local / ADC for half of all costs related to: travel (mileage at the prevailing IRS rate, rail, or economy airfare), conference hotel for up to 2 nights, and conference registration. The IU will issue reimbursement and a $400 stipend (to cover individual expenses such as meals, taxis, etc.) after the conference for those women members that attend.  
 
Locals/ADCs are responsible for handling registration, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements for their attendees.
 
Please fill out this brief form for each member that your Local / ADC is planning to send by Wednesday, July 31st. Please note this is not the conference registration form.
