Questionnaire for Women Members
JOURNAL: ISSUE 1 - 2013

The International Union does not include information on a member's race, ethnicity or gender in its membership records. In an effort to gain further insight into the concerns of women members, BAC is establishing a separate, voluntary database to use to communicate with women in the trowel trades. The database will be maintained separately from the general membership database, and will be used exclusively for outreach purposes, such as identifying individuals to participate in surveys, focus groups and task forces; and identifying individuals who are willing to act as resources for other women members or potential members.
If you are interested in being part of this survey, please complete the form and return it to:

The information provided will be kept in a confidential file separate from the Union's general membership records. Again, we thank you for your interest and want to remind you that your cooperation is voluntary. You will not be subject to adverse treatment on the basis of any information you provide, or if you decide not to participate.
